100% organic: tulsi leaf (Ocimum tenuiflorum), ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale), chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita), peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita), lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis)
Directions: bring 1 cup of water to boil, remove from heat and steep 2 tsp of herbs for 10 minutes or more, covered. Enjoy with honey as needed.
